1. Acceptance

By using ResumeAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Free Service & Advertising

ResumeAI is provided free of charge. In exchange, we display advertisements via Google AdSense. You agree not to use ad blockers in a way that undermines the service sustainability, though we cannot technically prevent this.

3. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Free accounts are subject to daily AI usage limits (ATS scans, job matches, interview predictions, and imports). These limits exist to keep the service free and prevent abuse. You must not:

• Attempt to circumvent daily limits through any technical means
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limits
• Use automated scripts to consume AI features
• Misrepresent your account status to gain additional access

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.

4. Your Content

You own your resume content. By using ResumeAI, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content to provide the service (including sending it to our AI provider for analysis when you request it). We do not sell your resume data to third parties.

5. AI-Generated Content

ATS scores, job match results, and interview predictions are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy. Always review AI suggestions before relying on them.

6. Limitation of Liability

ResumeAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including failure to secure employment.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
